I couldn’t agree with Mr. Armani anymore! The t-shirt is such a basic piece, yet it's so versatile and reliable! Today I had such a great day with my mom and sister while we did some shopping. Shopping is something I inherited from my mom so I always tell her when we shop that she should pay because she caused my addiction! We were able to finish our day together with our favorite dessert at Grand Luxe café. Their red velvet cake is addictive and if you are lucky enough to live near one you must try it! Fashionably late:Alice and Olivia by Stacey Bendet preview party

I must start this post off by saying I  have missed you guys so much!Seeing as though for the past week and a half I had to send my computer off to be serviced, but I'm back in my blog reality, and I come bearing gifts!I can't wait to share with you the Alice and Olivia by Stacey Bendet event that I went to at Neiman Marcus, where Stacey herself explained the aesthetic behind the line.It was such a great party, with even better fashion!The party included themed Colorful Custom drinks just for the occasion ,a candy bar, great DJ,and my all time favorite a photo booth that made it a party to remember!The line is great,many of the dresses make me think of a stylish tea party with Alice in Wonderland!(my inner child lives)The lines is Filled with great texture, prints and lots of color(my favorite)I know you'll love it! Fashion Show Fab:Fashion's Living Canvas

I had the fabulous opportunity of attending Fashion's Living Canvas,at the beautiful Hilton Anatole.It is a wonderful interactive fashion show that allows attendees to view the live art of the preparation of the models hair and makeup before the show.The show was hosted by the fabulous Steve Kemble who I love,and Lee Ann Locken. As someone who has worked  on production behind the scenes of many  fashion shows, I really loved the public presentation of the usually behind the scenes setup of hair and makeup,and to see the transformations so quickly was a great idea!I must say this show was well organized and the staff was amazing!I really enjoyed myself.The runway was built  over cascading water so the models appeared to be walking on water which was picturesque!I can't wait for you guys to see the pictures,and my new favorite neon blazer that you can expect to see allot,I love this blazer so much!Thank you so much for stopping by, and don't forget to make my day and leave a comment of what you think!

Great Cause Style:Fresh Faces of Fashion 2012

I am a true believer that fashion is much more than just something we wear!Fashion changes lives,and on this past Friday evening Fresh Faces of Fashion 2012  literally helped to save many! Presented by Modern Luxury Dallas Magazine,Stanley Korshak ,and Park Place Motorcars, Fresh faces of Fashion is a fashion show in it's sixth year  that features 12 of the city's most fashionable women and benefits the Suicide and Crisis Center of North Texas.The fact that it was held at Stanley Korshak (Simply Fashion Heaven) was enough to induce me  into a fashion coma!I had  a complete ball, and I had the amazing opportunity to see some exclusive pieces from upcoming collections!I'm so excited about sharing some pictures with you ,and I must take this time to mention Yvonne Crum ,a amazing woman and the Founder of Fresh Faces of Fashion who I, and anyone else who has ever come in contact with her would agree is one of the most kindest,gutsy people I have ever met,and the fact that she is the force behind such an amazing benefit just impresses me even more! Special Thank You to Caroline, who I must add does a amazing job with bringing awareness for the great cause of The Suicide & Crisis Center of North Texas!My last mention is Nha Khanh one of  the featured designers, and one of my new favorite designers she is super crazy talented!Don't forget to comment on what you think of some of my many favorite looks!
