I am a huge believer in style is not what you buy,where you bought it,or how much you paid.I love expensive designer fashion and luxury,but I'm also very Frugal,and I also like to think of my closet as a treasure chest,because most of everything I buy and love was found through scaling racks,and really intricately searching places such as thrift shops,vintage stores,outlets,and clearance racks!I am though a huge believer in quality!I hate cheaply made clothes and pieces that look as though they were made for manufacturing to sell with no love,thought or consideration!This OOTD is one of my favorite types,high quality and Crazy affordable! Personal Style Icons:If I could walk in her heels PT.1

I am a huge fan of fashion,but I am obsessed with great style!Style is creativity and individuality that I myself an obsessed with!In my opinion style is a package of personality,confidence,and self identity.My love of fashion blogs came from the fact that I always admired personal style,rather than "styled" celebrities.Even if one has a stylist I think they can be a style icon,I just feel it's all in the way they wear it!I get most of my inspiration from style blogs and style icons of past and present that carried a aura of confidence,originality,and self expression.Designer goods are gorgeous and fabulous,but it seems that many people have replaced style with labels,and that's all fine and good,but I'd like to share with you my Style Inspirations.Most of these stylish set have inspired me through there confidence and aura.Style to me is the complete package of confidence,grace,and individuality.I really hope you guys enjoy this post,and don't forget to comment on what you think or share some of your own style icons.Thanks so much for stopping by!

Fashionably late:Alice and Olivia by Stacey Bendet preview party

I must start this post off by saying I have missed you guys so much!Seeing as though for the past week and a half I had to send my computer off to be serviced, but I'm back in my blog reality, and I come bearing gifts!I can't wait to share with you the Alice and Olivia by Stacey Bendet event that I went to at Neiman Marcus, where Stacey herself explained the aesthetic behind the line.It was such a great party, with even better fashion!The party included themed Colorful Custom drinks just for the occasion ,a candy bar, great DJ,and my all time favorite a photo booth that made it a party to remember!The line is great,many of the dresses make me think of a stylish tea party with Alice in Wonderland!(my inner child lives)The lines is Filled with great texture, prints and lots of color(my favorite)I know you'll love it! Fashion Show Fab:Fashion's Living Canvas

I had the fabulous opportunity of attending Fashion's Living Canvas,at the beautiful Hilton Anatole.It is a wonderful interactive fashion show that allows attendees to view the live art of the preparation of the models hair and makeup before the show.The show was hosted by the fabulous Steve Kemble who I love,and Lee Ann Locken. As someone who has worked on production behind the scenes of many fashion shows, I really loved the public presentation of the usually behind the scenes setup of hair and makeup,and to see the transformations so quickly was a great idea!I must say this show was well organized and the staff was amazing!I really enjoyed myself.The runway was built over cascading water so the models appeared to be walking on water which was picturesque!I can't wait for you guys to see the pictures,and my new favorite neon blazer that you can expect to see allot,I love this blazer so much!Thank you so much for stopping by, and don't forget to make my day and leave a comment of what you think!

Last minute Easter preparations...........

I had a crazy,busy, fun filled day running around getting ready for our huge family Easter dinner and picking up last minute necessities.Easter is one of my favorite holidays because of the family time, and the food and desserts!I made sure to take a few pics to share with you guys.Hope you like them!

Frugal Tip:I really love my fuchsia blazer It was originally 138.00 after all my discounts it was only twenty something dollars (I got it 60% off with a additional 20% because of the sale, and addtl. 40% off because the button was loose.I love finding a small "defective" item it's like striking gold!
