I feel that I have been working extremely too much lately!
If I didn’t really love what I do I would probably quit my own business (LOL)!
I am currently working on a DIY project of a dresser that I found in a thrift
store for only four dollars,but with the condition it's in I was hoping they would have given me some money to take it off their hands. Today I went and picked up some supplies and tools, and I am really hoping to transform it into something

I’m a huge fan of Coco Chanel the designer, but her life
story is even more amazing! If you have never seen any of her documentaries run
to your nearest video store or do like me and buy them, you will want to watch
over and over again! The hot weather here has me very much anticipating fall! I

First and foremost I must apologize for my one week hiatus!
I had what I called a “one week slump”. Have you ever had those day(s) where
you just weren’t yourself, and you just don’t want to do anything? Well that
was me last week. I feel that sometimes with work, relationships, and family that
we are continuously moving and I decided that last week I needed some quality
time with myself to just do nothing(except for a little previously scheduled work)! Well now that reality has barged back in I
realize I have so much work to do this
week to make up for last week, and I have to catch up on so many blogs that I
think I need another slump just to get back on track! I really hope you guys
enjoy this last minute look that I had to pull out a hat for my friend’s
birthday dinner! Don’t you hate it when you have to pull a whole look together

to bother me as I hear some other girls complain, but even if they did I would
just tolerate it! Yesterday I had the pleasure of attending a wedding of my boyfriend’s

Happy 4th of July! I hope you had a happy holiday
today and filled up on food, fun and a little extra sleep! I can’t believe I will
not get to see any fireworks. This will be the first time since I was a child, but
it is a weekday and I think that since many people have to work tomorrow that
the usual festivities didn’t happen! I loved spending today with my loved ones

I'm Seeing Stripes

Today the weather was
absolutely, amazingly, beautiful! My boyfriend was a little under the weather
the past few days so I stayed in with him, but I’m so glad that he’s better and
today we were able to put our feet on the pavement and meet up with our friends
for brunch! Great food, great people and great food are all I ever need and I’m
